% 09.10.2018 CA No. 1214/2018 This is a joint application filed by the parties to bring on record the settlement between the parties.

It is pointed out that pursuant to the order of this court dated 20.02.2017, the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.25,94,607/- with the Registrar General of this court. The said amount is lying alongwith accrued interest. As per the terms of the settlement, this amount alongwith interest is to be released to the petitioner in full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioner.

The application is allowed.

CA No. 1216/2018 This application is filed by the respondent with the prayer that the

amount lying in the Registry i.e. Rs.25,94,607/- with accrued interest be released in favour of the petitioner.

This application is also allowed.

Co. Pet. 515/2014 The Registrar General may release the aforenoted amount to the petitioner within three weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
