O R D E R

% 25.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has inter alia sought a direction to the respondents to grant its approval and sanction of the building plans submitted by the petitioner vide Scheme No.082/2015 dated 10.07.2015 in respect of property No.22A, Janpath, New Delhi for addition/alteration and commercial use within a stipulated period of 60 days. The petitioner has also sought an alternate relief for issuance of direction to the respondents to dispose of its aforesaid application seeking addition/alteration and commercial use within a stipulated period of 60 days.

Mr.Gaurave Bhargava, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice, on behalf of the respondents, submits that in view of

the alternate prayer made by the petitioner, the respondents have no objection in deciding the petitioner's application dated 10.07.2015 within a period of 60 days.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's pending application dated 10.07.2015 vide Scheme No.082/2015 in respect of the aforesaid property within a period of 60 days. It is further directed that while considering the petitioner's application, the respondents will consider all relevant material including the documents filed along with in the present petition. It is made clear that in case, any further documents are required from the petitioner, the respondents will promptly inform the petitioner about the same, whereupon it would be incumbent upon the petitioner to provide the said documents expeditiously to the respondents.

Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents, it will be open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
