Mr.Saini, ld. counsel for the respondent concedes to the foregoing. In view of the averments made in the application and the submissions made by the ld. counsel for the parties, the application is allowed and the

revision petition is disposed of being compromised as per the terms and conditions arrived at amongst the parties.
