% 22.01.2018 The learned counsel for the appellant states the lis between the parties has been settled by way of a Settlement Deed dated 15.01.2018 courtesy, the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, hence, the present appeal has become infructuous. He has handed over an affidavit alongwith the Settlement Deed which is taken on record.

It also seeks withdrawal of the appeal.
