LPA 299/2018 We have heard learned counsel for the appellant. The learned Single Judge has shown considerable sympathy while granting relief in the main order. The argument that the intent of the main order was also to grant relief for this year; which was rejected in the clarificatory proceedings by the learned Single Judge, according to the opinion of this Court, is logical and reasonable. It does not call for any interference.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
