Learned Senior Standing Counsel for the State under instructions of the Superintendent Jail No. 4 submits that three Physiotherapists have joined the jail for providing physiotherapy treatment and are on rotation available every day. He submits that appropriate treatment to the petitioner can now be provided in jail itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is receiving further treatment at AIIMS Hospital and she shall be moving an appropriate application seeking further interim bail on his behalf.

In view of the above statement that appropriate treatment is BAIL APPLN. 1261/2018

now available in jail itself, petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 28.09.2018.
