% 31.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners/Institutes, have sought issuance of a writ of quo-warranto or any other appropriate writ to the respondent to show, as to under what authority, the respondents propose to conduct re-inspection of the petitioners/Institutes. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that till date, no re-inspection of the petitioners/institutes has been carried out and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the re-inspection report or any further decision, which may be taken by the respondents.

It is made clear that since no re-inspection has been carried out, till date, if the need so arises, it will open for the petitioners to challenge the same or any other consequential action of the respondents grounds, as may be permissible under law.
