% 09.10.2018

Considering the fact that the issue of waste management and other colateral issues involved in the writ petition is pending consideration before Hon'ble the Supreme Court in SMW(C) No. 1/2015 and the Supreme Court is monitoring the entire issue and has already appointed an Expert Committee to deal with the matter, we are not inclined to go into the matter when the matter is subjudice before the Supreme Court. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. CM. No. 24164/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
