The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents/ contemnors No.l to 2 for defying the order dated 19.03.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.2539/2018 titled as Shri Deepak Sharma & Ors Vs GNCT of Delhi & Anr.
Any other or further order(s) or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioners/applicants and against the respondents/ contemnors."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that speaking order passed in pursuance of order dated 19.03.2018 in W.P.(C) 2539/2018 has been challenged by way of substantive writ petition bearing no. W.P.(C) 11884/2021.
