The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 18th May, 2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, dismissing an Original Application filed by him (OA No.1818/2018) wherein he had sought quashing/setting aside of the order dated 9th February, 2018 passed by the respondents deciding to conduct an inquiry against him based on a charge-sheet dated 14th June, 2017.
2.
After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition but requests that since the petitioner has not filed a reply to the charge-sheet so far, he may be given one last opportunity of ten days to do so.
