CO.PET. 386/2010 Mr. Makhija informs me that the company petition was admitted and a provisional liquidator was appointed on 12.08.2013. Mr. Makhija says that the petitioner has not published the citation to CO.PET. 386/2010

date. The record shows that on the previous dates i.e. 13.02.2015 and 21.08.2015, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In these circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
