% 10.01.2017 The present execution petition has been filed for recovery of sum of Rs. 50,40,744.63/-. The execution petition is liable to be transferred to the District Court as a value is less than Rs. 2 crores. The Judgment Debtor no.2 is having its office at Kasturbha Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the execution petition stands transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 31st January, 2017 for further directions.
