Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to the appointment of an Arbitrator by the Court in the matter concerning parties herein. 2.

I am informed that the claims of the petitioner are small in value. The claim of the petitioner is, approximately, in the range of Rs.2,11,000/-, excluding interest.

Accordingly, Mr. Shashank Garg, Advocate (Mob.9811526671) is appointed as the Arbitrator in the matter.

3.1 A lump sum fees of Rs.20,000/- will be paid to the learned Arbitrator. The said amount will be borne equally by the parties. 3.2 Learned counsel for the parties submit that they would not like to lead any oral evidence in the matter and that they will rely only on documentary evidence.

3.3 The statement made by counsel is taken on record. 4.

It is ordered accordingly. Mr. Shashank Garg who is appointed as an Arbitrator will endeavour to conclude the arbitration proceedings within next three months.
