We are informed by Mr. Ajay Gautam that in response to RTI query made by him, the respondents have confirmed that there is no complaint of any kind against the petitioner or his property. Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna, ld. Standing Counsel for respondent no.2 confirms this position.
