Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to the appointment of an Arbitrator by the Court.

I am informed that the claims of the petitioner are of a small value. The claim of the petitioner is, approximately, in the range of Rs.5,00,000/-, excluding interest.

Accordingly, Mr. Shashank Garg, Advocate (Mob.9811526671) is appointed as the Arbitrator in the matter.

3.1 A lump sum fee of Rs.25,000/- will be paid to the learned Arbitrator. The said amount will be shared equally by the parties. 3.2 Learned counsel for the parties submit that they will not like to lead oral evidence in the matter and that instead, would rely only on documentary evidence.

Having regard to what has been stated before me by the learned counsel for the parties, the captioned petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(i) Mr. Shashank Garg, Advocate (Mob.9811526671) is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter.

(ii) Parties will rely only upon the documentary evidence. (iii) The parties will endeavour to conclude the arbitration proceedings within the next three months.

(iv) The learned Arbitrator will be paid a lump sum fee of Rs.25,000/-, which will be equally borne by the parties. 5.
