% 29.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to take necessary action for demolishing the alleged unauthorised construction being raised by respondent nos.5 & 6 in property bearing No.B-6, Golden Park, Shivpuri, Krishna Nagar, Delhi - 110 051.

Learned counsel who appears on advance notice for respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that the respondents are already seized of the matter and are taking steps to have the unauthorised constructions, if any, removed. Learned counsel who appears for respondent no.3 also assures the Court that they will take appropriate action in accordance with the directions issued by respondent nos.1 & 2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsels for

the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the pleas raised in the petition.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
