% 13.05.2016 At the outset, learned senor counsel for petitioner states that she is pressing only prayer (a) and not prayer (b) of the present writ petition. It is pertinent to mention that by way of prayer (a) petitioner has sought a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to remove deficiencies in Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantonment as pointed out by respondent No.4 in its letter dated 27th January, 2016 for grant of necessary recognition with respect to the seat granted to the petitioner in General Medicine. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 states that the deficiencies pointed out by the respondent No.4-MCI have been removed and a

compliance report has been forwarded to the respondent No.4-MCI on 28th April, 2016.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4-MCI confirms the receipt of the said letter and states that the same is under process. Since the respondents are taking active steps to remove the deficiencies and for grant of necessary recognition for increase in intake from five to eleven in General Medicine, learned senior counsel for petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition at this stage. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of. MANMOHAN, J MAY 13, 2016 js
