% 18.01.2019 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been settled and a copy of the Provisional Settlement dated 17.01.2019 courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been shown to Court. A copy of the same is taken on record. As settled, the petitioner is to pay to the respondent, an amount of Rs.4 lacs, of which Rs.50,000/- has been paid today by way of a cheque bearing no. 338344 dated 18.01.2019, drawn on Punjab National Bank, Alaknanda, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Ms. Prabhakar assures the Court that the same is good for encashment. She further assures the Court that the remaining amount too shall be paid as scheduled in the Settlement Agreement.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off in terms of the Settlement Agreement. In case of any difficulty, liberty is granted to the parties to approach the Court.
