The petitioner's only grievance is that the CD which is in his possession has not been taken for investigation by the concerned Investigating Officer.

Learned ASC on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that Investigating Officer has no difficulty in taking the CD on record and to conduct investigation for it.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over one CD in the Court to the Investigating Officer.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage. 5.
The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also disposed of.
