O R D E R

% 24.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are known to each other.

A quarrel took place between them, which led to registration of the present FIR No. 1136/2015 under Sections 324/341/34 IPC at Police Station Aman Vihar. With the intervention of their common friends, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, present FIR may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Naveen Malik, P.S. Aman Vihar.

Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties and that respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, FIR No. 1136/2015 under Sections 324/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Aman Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
