% 24.10.2017 Matter stands settled. In view thereof, the impugned letter dated 27.08.2010 is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent and the order dated 15.08.2010 stands revived. In terms of the aforenoted settlement, the petitioner shall withdrawn appeal pending before the Statutory Authority. He is also permitted to withdraw the present petition.
