% 31.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before approaching this Court the petitioner had already submitted a detailed representation to respondent No.2 on 21st May, 2018.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in case, such a representation has been received by respondent No.2, the same would have been placed before the Committee. He further submits that in case, the petitioner provides another copy of the said representation to him, he will ensure that the said representation is placed before the Committee in accordance with the orders passed by the Supreme Court. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition any further and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
