% 11.04.2017 The learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states, on instructions, that the representation dated 07.12.2014 of the petitioner was received in the police department and that the same is part of the police file whereby the case FIR No.819/2016 of Police Station Lajpat Nagar is being investigated into. He further submits that the version of the petitioner in the said representation would be kept in view while the case is investigated.

In this view, the counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the petition reserving his contentions to be adjudicated before the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. R.K.GAUBA, J.
