% 31.05.2016 Ld. counsels for the parties submit that vide order dated 17.01.2014, the present suit and Suit No. 2460/2012 were consolidated. However, Suit No. 2460/2012 has been transferred to the Rohini Courts and has been assigned to the court of Sh. Ajay Goel, Ld. ADJ(North), Rohini Courts and the next date of hearing is 04.08.2016. It has been submitted that this suit may also be transferred to the same court.

Perusal of the plaint shows that the present suit is also liable to be transferred, as the value of the suit for the purpose of jurisdiction is less than Rs. 2 Crores.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge
