The petitioner has made a representation dated 23rd February, 2016 to Delhi Development Authority. The petitioner is seeking a direction to Delhi Development Authority to consider and decided the petitioner's representation dated 23rd February, 2016 in a time bound manner. 2.

Mr. Arjun Pant, learned counsel for Delhi Development Authority submits that Delhi Development Authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not examined the petitioner's case on merits.
