The present petition is of the year 2017 and the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 12.01.2017 whereby her application moved under Order VII Rule 11CPC has been dismissed while holding that the issues raised in the abovesaid application were triable issues and, therefore, the parties are required to lead their respective evidence.

Be that as it may, keeping in the mind the previous consequent defaults and today's non-appearance from the side of petitioner, the present petition is dismissed-in-default and for non-prosecution.
