This is a joint application filed by the parties under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended for a further period of one month from today. The learned counsel for the parties state that the final arguments have been heard and the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the matter for making the award.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the time for making the arbitral award is extended by a further period of one month from today.
