This case was listed on 09.10.2025 when a proxy counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment.

This Court, on the said date, specifically observed that no steps have been taken to serve the respondent for the last about one year. 3.

Despite the fact that no steps were taken to serve the respondent and the Court was not inclined to adjourn the matter, the same was adjourned for today at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Today, when the matter was called, Mr. Aditya Jain appeared for petitioner no.4 and sought adjournment. There is no appearance on behalf of petitioners no.1, 2 & 3.

The Court from the conduct of the petitioners is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their case, therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
