% 30.11.2017 Counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal along with application is dismissed as withdrawn.
By order dated 05.09.2012 the insurance company had been directed to deposit seventy five per cent (75%) of the awarded amount with interest and by subsequent order dated 02.07.2016 sixty per cent (60%) of the deposited amount was ordered to be released to the claimants. The balance shall now be released with accrued interest to the claimants in terms of the impugned award. The insurer is directed to deposit the balance awarded amount with upto date interest with the tribunal within thirty days, making it available to be released to the claimants in terms of the impugned award. The statutory deposit shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company after proof of award having been satisfied is shown. R.K.GAUBA, J NOVEMBER 30, 2017/vk
