Issue notice. Learned counsel for the plaintiff accepts notice and seeks time to file reply. Let the reply be filed within two weeks. 2.

The competent officers of parties dealing with the matter shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing along with all original documents relating to this case within their power and possession. 3.

The competent officer of the defendant shall produce the relevant documents with respect to the payment received by the defendant from the principal with respect to the work done by the plaintiff; the documents relating to the claims made by the defendant against the principal for recovery of the further amount relating to the work done by the plaintiff as well as documents relating to the payments made by the defendant to the plaintiff.
