W.P.(C) 5898/2018 The only submission made by Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the impugned order dated May 3, 2018 is bereft of any reasons. In other words, while rejecting the request of the petitioner for extension of permission for displaying the advertisement, no reasons have been given. This position is acknowledged by Ms. Mini Pushkarna, leaned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent / EDMC. Noting the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of at this stage by setting aside

the order dated May 3, 2018 and directing the concerned authority to pass a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. The date and time shall be notified by the respondent. The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within three weeks as an outer limit.

CM. No. 22997/2018 (for stay) In view of the order passed in the petition, the application has become infructuous.
