In view of the same, the ministerial order dated 27.01.2016, for transfer of the matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is modified. Learned counsels for parties have requested that the matter may be transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi where the territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction lies. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.
