O R D E R
% 23.01.2019 The grievance in the present petition is that the petitioners' shops bearing Nos. 22, 24, 26 and 27 in KD Block, Pitampura, Delhi were sealed by reason of a restaurant (dhaba) being run in unsanitary and unhygienic conditions from the said shops. Subsequently, the petitioners' Health Trade License was also revoked.
Learned counsel for respondents Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions from Dr. S.B. Singh, Deputy Health Office (DHO), Keshav Puram Zone states that the respondents are willing to de-seal the petitioner's property subject to the petitioners furnishing an undertaking that they shall not run a restaurant from the subject premises without obtaining the requisite Health Trade License and strictly in compliance with the terms of such license and with all laws, rules and regulations applicable in this behalf. This is acceptable to
the petitioners.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to de-seal the subject premises within three weeks of the petitioners furnishing an undertaking to the above effect. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J.
