% 11.07.2019 Appellant/complainant in the original complaint had filed the subject appeal impugning order dated 30.01.2015, whereby, respondent was acquitted of the offence under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled their disputes and she does not wish to press the present appeal and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
