1. The plea of the Petitioner is that the Court should pass orders for restoration of the bank guarantee ('BG') that has already been encashed. It will be open to the Petitioner to raise a claim in the arbitration as regards the alleged wrongful encashment of the BG. The question of this Court ordering restoration of the BG by an interim order under Section 9 of the Act does not arise.

2. The petition is disposed of.
