Mr. J.K. Singh, who, appears for the respondent has returned with Instructions.

Learned counsel says that Mr. Vinod Kumar Bahamani (Mobile No.8527811411), who, is on the panel maintained by the respondent can be appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has also taken instructions, albeit, from Mr. Pankaj Mittal (i.e., his client) and that he has no objection to Mr. Vinod Kumar Bahamani being appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter.

It is ordered accordingly.

Counsel for the parties are also agreed that the seat of the arbitration will be Delhi.

Learned Arbitrator will enter upon reference on or before 30.09.2018.

The Arbitrator will issue a notice in this behalf in writing to the parties.
