% 06.02.2018 On behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition seeking quashing and setting aside of order dated 1.9.2014 passed in Cr.Rev. No. 77/2013 and order of charge dated 21.8.2013 of the Court of MM, Mahila Court, South District, has been rendered infructuous in view of disposal of Crl.M.C. No.4647/2017 vide order of this Court dated 13.11.2017 inasmuch FIR No. 227/2010 under Sections 406/498A/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860, P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur against the very same petitioner has been quashed. Copy of the said order in Crl.M.C. No. 4647/2017 dated 13.11.2017 has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner in support of the said submission. In view thereof, on a perusal of order dated 13.11.2017 in
Crl.M.C. No.4647/2017 whereby FIR No. 227/2010 under Sections 406/498A/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860, P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur has already been quashed against the petitioner, nothing any more survives in the present petition which calls for any further action.
