% 12.03.2019 It is submitted by the learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the FSL report has been obtained and supplementary charge sheet has been filed before the trial court. A copy of the supplementary charge sheet has been delivered to the learned counsel for the petitioner. She further states that the present writ petition has become infructuous since whatever arguments have to be addressed, can be addressed before the trial court as the arguments on charge are being heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr.D.C. Mathur, Senior Advocate, who is appearing in this matter, is unavailable to appear today and a short adjournment be granted.
