It is submitted by Mr. Sanjeev Sabharwal, learned Addl. PP that he was present, however, presence of Mr. Kamal Kr. Ghai, Addl. PP has been noted on account of a typographical error. 2.

In view of the above, the error in judgment dated 12.07.2018 is corrected. Presence of Mr. Sanjeev Sabharwal, Addl. PP shall be read in order dated 12.07.2018.
