% 28.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner, has sought a direction to the respondents to grant recognition to the petitioner/institute for running Diploma Courses in Engineering.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has repeatedly approached various authorities seeking recognition but to no effect.
A perusal of the application moved by the petitioner shows that the petitioner has till date not moved any appropriate application with the respondent no.2/AICTE.
Mr.Anil Soni, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondent no.2/AICTE submits that within two weeks from today, the said respondent will communicate to the petitioner the requisite formalities, which need to be fulfilled by the petitioner in
order to submit an application to the respondent no.2 seeking grant of recognition. He further submits that upon the petitioner submitting an appropriate application for recognition, the respondents would duly process his application as per law.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.2/AICTE nothing further survive for adjudication in the present petition.
