The plaintiff by this application seeks to give up the relief, on which the plaintiff on 30th August, 2016 had insisted i.e. of rendition of accounts and for which purpose a Court Commissioner was appointed. 2.

The counsel for the defendants appears on advance notice and obviously has no objection.

Accordingly, the order and decree insofar as for rendition of accounts, mention whereof is made in paras 24 to 29 in the order dated 30th August, 2016, is re-called and the suit insofar as claiming the relief of rendition of accounts is dismissed as not pressed.

The application is disposed of.
