% 10.05.2016 From the documents handed over by the learned counsel for respondent, it is revealed that property was booked on 2nd September, 2009. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that appeals before the ATMCD will be filed against the demolition order as well as other orders including orders passed under Sections 345/349 of the DMC Act and order rejecting the regularization application.

He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner. Leave and liberty is granted. If any such appeal(s) are filed within one week, same shall be considered by the Appellate Tribunal, MCD without going into the question of limitation, on their own merits. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous application

is disposed of as infructuous.
