Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by ASI Karamveer of police station Rohini. It is submitted that respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled the matter the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 30th April, 2018;

therefore, FIR No.7/2017 under section 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at police station North Rohini and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
