versus CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION ..... Respondent Through: Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 26.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to make correction in petitioner's and his wife's name in his son's Grade Sheet-cumCertificate of Performance of Secondary School Examination as well as in the official record.

Learned counsel for respondent states that petitioner has been spelling his name differently in different documents.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that before approaching this Court, the petitioner had not even made any written representation to the respondent or to the school in which the petitioner's son was studying. Consequently, present writ petition and applications are dismissed as premature as the petitioner had not even approached the respondent or the school before filing the present writ petition.
