As per office report, steps have not been taken to serve the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 in terms of order dated 10.04.2017. None has appeared on behalf of the applicant since morning despite repeated pass overs. It appears that the applicant is not interested to pursue the matter. In these circumstances, the application is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
