After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in the light of the judgments rendered by the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority v. Manoharlal & Ors.: (2020) 8 SCC 129 and Shiv Kumar & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors.: (2019) 10 SCC 229.
