East Delhi Municipal Corporation has not deposited the compensation amount in terms of the judgment dated 25th April, 2017. In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to East Delhi Municipal Corporation to deposit the compensation amount in terms of para 13 of the judgment dated 25th April, 2017 within a period of two weeks from today failing which the officers responsible for non-compliance shall remain present in Court on the

next date of hearing.
