% 09.05.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state in unison that the underlying dispute has been amicably settled by and between the parties, with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, by way of a settlement agreement dated 23.02.2017. The said settlement agreement dated 23.02.2017 entered into by and between the parties is lawful and the same is hereby accepted, leaving the parties to abide by their reciprocal obligations thereunder, without demur. A copy of the said settlement agreement is annexed to the present application and exhibited as Ex. C-1.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. All the pending applications also stand disposed of. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J MAY 09, 2017/neelam
