The contemnor/respondent, present in person, undertakes that he shall make the payment of Rs.50 lacs to the petitioner on 06.02.2019 by way of a post-dated cheque dated 08.02.2019. He undertakes that the cheque would be honoured on its presentation. He further undertakes that he will make the payment of Rs.1 crore by way of demand draft to the petitioner on or before 10.03.2019 and further payment of Rs.1 crore on or before 15.04.2019. He further undertakes that he will make further payment of Rs.10 lacs to the petitioner towards the delay in making the aforesaid payments on or before 25.04.2019.

The undertaking so furnished by the respondent/contemnor is

accepted by the court. He is directed to abide by it. 3.

List on 3rd May, 2019.
