% 09.02.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that respondent no. 2 be directed to pass a speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner for passing the supplementary award in respect of acquired land. Counsels for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 submit that representation of the petitioner would be decided within six weeks. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of petitioner within six weeks by a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner. A.K.
